With each consultation, we provide the International Vaccine Record booklet to document all your vaccinations. A proper vaccination record is required for customs regulations in certain countries. It is also invaluable if you (in the unlikely event) fall sick overseas or for deciding further vaccinations in the future.

Our practice is about eight minutes’ walk from Campbelltown railway station.
Chamberlain St is located in the northern part of Campbelltown CBD area. The nearest corner street is Queen St (at the T junction is Clinton's Toyota).
We are on the ground floor of a grey, two-storey medical building opposite Campbelltown Performing Arts High School.
